These little morsels are something that tastes much like deep fried potato balls. There is a potato shortage so that cannot be it but they are some kind of a mashed vegetable. The vendor gave me a sample and they are very good. I do not know the price.
Must be yucca. Fried and salted, it tastes just like potatoes.
