Wind!

1:30 AM and crazy wind blowing! The heavy chairs are scattered around the site and the windproof satellite dish mount is upside down. It is howling so bad and the rig is rocking so sleep is just wishful thinking. I am so happy we did not extend the awning!

    Pretty windy here too, we do not put our awning out unless we are sitting under in especially in the southwest.
    Hope your dish is ok. Our blew over this past summer and had to buy a new L and B.

      No, the dish is fine but my homemade mount failed the severe wind test. Still better than the tripod because it has less distance to fall.
