We visited the Cultural Centre today. It is a huge building of stone columns, vaulted ceilings, courtyards and fountains. It must have been a Palace of some sort Centuries ago and, like all the other Colonial buildings in Guadalajara, still leaves the visitor in awe of the architects and workers who created it!There is also a large display of Pre-Columbian gold ornaments and jewelry. A jewelry store on the premises offered some very nice items at a price too good to pass up.
