Happy Mother’s Day!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mom’s out there! Here is an old shot of my mom and I in our front yard in Edmonton. It would probably be in 1947, maybe near my birthday in April.

    Finally some news on the Mexican demonstrations tonight (Al Jazeera).One fellow asked, "if it requires overturning the government, like in other countries recently to affect a change in Mexico".

    There is pressure on the Government to allow the army to act like an army instead of a police force. They are able to take on and defeat the cartels, they just want to be allowed the freedom to do it.
